Taboola, the worlds largest content recommendation platform, is hiring a Publisher Account Management Assistant on our APAC team. This will be a 6-months contract with the possibility to become permanent at the end of the program.

We are looking for an all-star Assistant in Beijing to join our Greater China account management team. This person will be responsible for supporting account managers who oversee our advertisers in the Greater China Market. 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about content, is detail-oriented & is ready to hit the ground running at an exciting, growing company. A strong focus on customer satisfaction is expected in this role due to the fast-paced working environment. We are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running on an exciting team full of opportunities to learn & grow professionally.

In this position you will:

  • Assist account managers to monitor & optimize campaign performance with administrative tasks, campaign targeting, billing
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate timely communication to advertisers with high expectations
  • Troubleshoot, escalate, & help resolve issues
  • Support account managers so they can educate, provide insights, & highlight opportunities to grow accounts, identify upsells & expand revenue for the company
  • Review campaigns daily & complete campaign review tasks
  • Localization of global assets & platforms into simplified & traditional Chinese

About you:

  1. At least 1-3 years+ experience as an Account Manager working with Publishers/App developers in China
  2. Experience in customer support role
  3. Ability to multitask, & handle a high volume of requests & inquiries via email
  4. Excellent time management & prioritization skills
  5. Strong communication skills, ability to learn & collaborate with a global team
  6. Capable of keeping cool in a fast paced, evolving environment
  7. A true passion for & knowledge of online marketing with an entrepreneurial spirit
