The Basics:

The Human Resources (HR) Intern will contribute to making our workplace even better by supporting the critical people operations activities of the HR team. The HR Intern will help develop & implement programs to drive employee experience & contribute to our operational excellence. They will assist in coordinating employee onboarding activities, & will gain broad exposure by assisting in a range of projects within the HR function.

What you'll do:

  • Support new hire onboarding activities, including processing new hires through the HR system & shadowing new hire orientation
  • Review current processes & suggest changes, improvements & or automation
  • Assist with compliance tasks including quarterly document retention & file management procedures & processing I-9s
  • Gain exposure to other HR functions such as Recruiting, Total Rewards, & Enablement functions by supporting activities in these areas as needed

We are looking for someone with:


  • This opportunity is open to junior & senior students currently enrolled in a four-year university or in a masters program with a preferred course of study in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field


  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, & written communication skills
  • Must be self-driven & creative with the passion to go above & beyond
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail & high integrity
  • Strong working knowledge of applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Apps, & other collaboration tools is required
