The purpose of this role is to lead IOS/AR development teams delivering work for our clients, ensuring the on-time delivery & quality of application code.  The role is a mix of hands-on development, oversight & leadership of multiple project teams & you are expected to always lead by example. The role has ultimate responsibility for implementing processes, communicating, & enforcing, ensuring mobile standards. As part of your day-to-day role, you will provide mentorship & leadership inspiring the best work from your team members.


You Will:

  • Mange the development of our core client apps, & related products.
  • Be experienced with Restful services.
  • Contribute to R&D projects with the aim of keeping our technology & infrastructure ahead of the competition.
  • Work closely & collaborate with CX designers & stakeholders to develop rich & compelling new features.
  • Carry out debugging, profiling & refactoring to improve & optimize existing code.
  • Contribute to wider discussions on tech values, business goals & company culture.

You Have:

  • 5-8 years experience developing apps.
  • Exceptional Swift skills & genuine passion for iOS development.
  • In-depth understanding of UIKit or SwiftUI, or both!
  • A dedicated follower of modern Apple frameworks & the evolution of Swift.
  • Experience in writing high quality, maintainable, testable code.
  • Enthusiasm for exploring creative solutions to uncommon problems.
  • Meticulous attention-to-detail & commitment to building first-class user experiences.
  • Familiar with current development team tools & process: Agile methodologies, version control, continuous integration.
  • Overflowing with ideas & always willing to speak up on ways to improve our products, tooling & culture.

You May Have:

  • Familiarity with one or more of the following Apple frameworks: ARKit, RealityKit, SceneKit, CoreLocation.
  • Experience working with 3D geometry.
  • Comfortable developing algorithms & working with complex data structures.
  • Experience working with Combine, RXSwift or similar reactive framework.
  • Ability to move fast when required, develop rapid prototypes & react quickly to changes.
