Position
WorkFusion is seeking a graphic designer to own the process of defining requirements, visualizing & creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts & photos. You'll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions & more. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them & communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair & a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well & work methodically as part of a team, we'd like to meet you. The goal is to inspire & attract the target audience.

Key responsibilities
        Liaise directly with sales enablement & marketing team to create & design materials
        Manage & provide production/layout schedule for all collateral needed for special activities & events
        Prepare & update hard & soft copy standard marketing & sales materials
        Work directly with internal & external print houses for production related projects
        Oversee with the marketing team the development of other project-based materials including merchandising & advertisements
        Prepare ad-hoc requests of materials to support events (e.g., invitations, menus, signage), presentations (Google Slides/PPT) & other activities
        Develop & adapt digital materials to support presentations & other activities
        Support posting of materials & content on our websites
        Support the ongoing design & development of our websites
        Contribute to all incoming & outgoing press news & reviews
        Depending on experience level, manage the editorial calendar of content
        Ability to create wide range of digital & print content & collateral from design to production

Qualifications
        5-7 years related experience
        A portfolio of work that demonstrates proficiency in design programs, a strong aesthetic sense, & an understanding of how to convey brands & messaging
        Excellent Adobe Creative Cloud & other relevant design program skills
        The ability to constantly engage with a team to produce more creative, higher quality work
        The ability to manage several lists of tasks & see them through
        A proven ability to oversee projects
        Clear & cogent communications skills, both written & verbal
        Strong attention to detail
        A desire to engage with & learn about our business
