The Job
For our ambitious, fast growing team in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Brand Team for a 12-month maternity cover. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our customer experience & driving further growth of the brand in the Nordics. The position is expected to start no later than June 1st, with a preferred start date of May 15th.
As the Senior Brand Manager, you'll lead all brand activities for the Nordic markets, covering Norway, Sweden & Denmark. By leading comprehensive analysis of consumer insights & brand performance you will lead the development of future brand strategies & key initiatives aligned with our Global vision to grow the brand further in the Nordic markets.
You will be based out of our Nordic head office in Island Brygge, Copenhagen & report to the Head of Brand.
You will:
- Lead comprehensive analysis of market trends & customer insights to inform high-level brand initiatives & strategies
- Develop & implement comprehensive & compelling 360 marketing campaigns that addresses consumer barriers & resonates across all channels & touch points, including ATL, social, digital, & other media channels
- Analyze & optimize campaign performance with data in collaboration with the local media team & global teams
- Lead & execute various brand activities incl. ATL campaigns & mid-funnel strategies, while ensuring ownership of creative direction & execution
- Support developing & execute on the Nordic brand strategy for 2025, ensuring alignment with global vision & Nordic strategic priorities
- Manage budgets & utilize advanced analytics to track brand performance against KPIs, optimizing for ROI
- Enhance brand experience across the marketing funnel & customer journey by driving collaboration with brand team members
Your Ingredients:
- 5+ years of proven experience in brand management, ideally within the FMCG sector with a track record of developing & implementing successful marketing strategies
- Previous experience working on integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience with media planning is a plus
- Demonstrated success in leading & driving innovative initiatives from concept to launch cross functional teams
- Strong project management, problem-solving, & analytical thinking skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment & manage multiple projects / timelines simultaneously
- Familiarity with the Nordic media landscape & local trends, particularly in food & health
- Creativity & innovation in marketing approaches, with a keen eye for market trends & consumer behaviors
- Excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring teams & collaborating across departments
- Native speaker of one Nordic language, but able to understand all three languages
