We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who thrives on building connections, is motivated by the challenge of identifying top talent & enjoys collaborating with a team dedicated to achieving shared goals. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a proven ability to leverage innovative strategies to develop a strong, scalable talent pipeline for a global organization.

What youll do

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for Sales, GTM, & G&A roles across EMEA & APAC, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Create & implement effective talent acquisition strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, networks, & referrals.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements, agree on recruitment strategies, & promptly provide high-quality candidates.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, & individualized support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Create & maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current & future hiring needs across the EMEA & APAC regions.
  • Represent DV as an employer of choice by actively promoting our brand, mission, & values in the EMEA & APAC market.
  • Stay informed on EMEA & APAC recruitment trends, labor market conditions, & competitive hiring landscapes to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Manage candidate data using ATS/CRM & deliver regular reports on hiring metrics to enhance recruitment decision-making.
  • Continuously assess & improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency, candidate quality, & reduce cost-to-hire.

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in Adtech, GTM, with a focus on the EMEA & APAC regions. Experience in high-growth environments is preferred.
  • You possess proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, with particular emphasis on innovative sourcing strategies & proactive candidate lead generation.
  • You have a demonstrated history of success in sourcing, interviewing, & hiring passive candidates, showcasing your ability to attract top-tier talent.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter & CRMs
  • You are adept at articulating DV's value proposition & unique story to prospective candidates, effectively highlighting the company's appeal.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English. 
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA & APAC labor market, recruitment trends, & laws.
  • You have experience in recruiting for high-tech environments, demonstrating your understanding of the unique needs & demands of the tech industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects, prioritize tasks, & meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to collaborate across global teams & time zones to support DVs global hiring initiatives.
