The Role: Freelance Product Designer

As part of our Product Design team at Shop Premium Outlets you will help to enhance & build on our expansive marketplace, guaranteeing our shoppers are not only delighted by our brands & prices, but by their experience as well.

Work within the Product team to deliver site & app designs that help shoppers find their favorite brands & products while serving up personalized & new & interesting features & marketing & merchandising campaigns & programs. Come help us bridge the offline & online worlds of retail!

What Youll Do:

• Work with other Product Designers & Product Managers to craft user experiences in Figma for both web & app.
• Work with stakeholders (Marketing, Merchandising, etc.) to define & design user flows that convert based on the campaign or program need & desired KPI.
• Occasionally work with User Researcher to prep & tweak prototypes for usability studies.

• Ability to work 5-10 hours per week independently, with availability to attend weekly meetings during business hours.
• 3-4 years of product design experience (in web & app); e-commerce is experience is preferred.
• 1-2 years experience using Figma
• Be comfortable working independently

Base Hourly Rate Range: $40.00 - $60.00/ hour
