We support concepting, building & delivering content at all stages of production.

As a Senior Manager of Game Production on an unannounced R&D project, you will lead delivery for one of our teams as well as contribute to raise standards on various processes. You will be the custodian of strong delivery processes for this specific team, ensuring they follow world class development practices & collaborate smoothly with other teams. You will instill confidence in stakeholders & the core development team as you track progress, deliver content/features, & support priorities & goals. You will report to the Director of Game Production of the game.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the creation of product & feature roadmaps in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams & leadership. Establish delivery schedules & roadmaps including for the next milestone / phase of the project
  • Direct all team rituals & encourage team meetings & discussions
  • Create clarity & drive accuracy around the current & future status project work, reflecting the reality to the team & stakeholders in an actionable way
  • Drive strategic work alignment between discipline & project objectives
  • Keep partners consulted & informed on progress & bought in to discussions as needed for project success
  • Ensure psychological safety, healthy feedback culture, & conflict management within your team & between others
  • Iterate on the production processes to continuously improve our velocity, collaboration & visibility
  • Serve as a mentor to other production members of the team

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional experience as a game producer
  • 2+ years in a leadership position, working directly on the production of a PvE game
  • Experience leading teams through the entire lifecycle (prototype, discovery, delivery, live) 
  • Experience coordinating live games development & operations
  • Experience managing development at the team-of-teams scale with 50+ developers
  • Experience managing multi-organization efforts requiring success through influence & craft

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with production tools like JIRA to track development & create reporting
