We're seeking a strategic & experienced Editor to take a key leadership role in shaping the creative & commercial success of WEBTOON Originals. This position requires a strong editorial vision, deep understanding of the webcomic medium, & the ability to identify & develop high-potential stories.
A successful Editor will be a strategic force & creative leader, consistently improving title performance through sophisticated editorial input, identifying & nurturing creators with breakout potential, & strengthening scalable editorial frameworks. You will contribute to a diverse & commercially strong Originals slate & demonstrate the leadership, collaboration, & creative problem-solving skills needed to elevate the entire Content organization.
Our Editors are responsible not only for managing a slate of titles but also for elevating overall editorial standards, mentoring assistant editors, & contributing to strategic content initiatives across the US Content division.
