POSITION:  Senior Product Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Collaborate with leadership & cross-functional teams align on the product strategy, & ensure the product strategy aligns with & contributes to cross-functional & company goals; Lead a cross-functional team of designers, user research, analytics & engineers to build & deliver features that impacts millions of users; Own the feature roadmap, can effectively take into account team & company strategy when making roadmap decisions; Conduct quantitative & qualitative user research, leverage market research, competitive benchmarking & user feedback from multiple sources to prioritize roadmap decisions; Build projection models to evaluate revenue impacts of projects, balancing customer needs & business goals in roadmap prioritization; Develop feature requirements & associated use-cases for high complexity projects, define scope, milestones & success metrics by interpreting the needs of the product & the organization, shepherding projects from ideation to test results analysis & iteration; Design & conduct A/B & multivariate testing, analyze the data generated by users on the site customer journey funnel, balancing quantitative & qualitative insights to make data driven decisions & iterate quickly; Systematically identify stakeholders; analyze their needs & expectations; & plan & implement various tasks to engage with them; Collaborate with different teams & stakeholders, supervise the creation, testing, & roll out, update task progresses, identify task blocks & make sure the teams align on the tasks, effectively manage multiple work streams; & Communicate the project plan, timeline & test results to the stakeholders including senior leadership, build dashboards & reports to community & simplify key metrics & results at the highest levels. REQUIREMENTS: The position requires a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Position also requires demonstrable experience with each of the following:

  • Executing projects & leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products;
  • Direct user testing, A/B & multivariate testing, & data analysis;
  • Advanced SQL using queries, reports & dashboards coupled with strong analytical & quantitative skills with the ability to use data & metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations & drive actions;
  • Data visualization tools including Tableau;
  • Optimizing conversion funnels, analytics & testing;
  • Ability to draw technical architecture diagrams with tools including Google Drawing;
  • Demonstrable knowledge in statistical hypothesis testing to design tests & interpret results;
  • Demonstrable understanding of technical architecture for complex & highly scalable web applications;
  • Demonstrable knowledge of user experience research tools & techniques (e.g. usability testing, benchmarking, moderate interview, etc.).
