The role

As a Global Partner Success Manager Lead you will be part of the HelloFresh Central Partnerships organization & responsible for the performance, development & retention of a diverse set of international partners with global presence in line with the central partnerships strategy across several brands & markets. 

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially minded & numbers focused, a strong negotiator, critical thinking, creative problem solver, a savvy relationship builder & can think strategically to identify opportunities to grow & innovate. Your ability to build effective client relationships & negotiations to achieve sales & profit targets will be key in accelerating HelloFresh market penetration by developing existing & newly implemented partnerships. Reporting to the Associate Director Central Partnerships, you will join a Berlin based global growth marketing team that is talented & driven

What youll do

  • Responsible for managing, building & developing portfolio of multi-market partnerships 
  • Responsible for determining key account portfolio budgets as well as mid-month adjustments & submitting to local teams
  • Translate wider business strategy into a holistic partner portfolio strategy
  • Identify, plan & execute multiple initiatives to achieve quarterly & annual sales & profit targets
  • Track, report & analyze key performance metrics across partnership portfolio & individual partners
  • Develop partnership performance review & investment opportunity templates, contribute to the development of channel & partner dashboards
  • Write & presents comprehensive partner/portfolio optimisation & action plans, accountable to identify & resolve issues, delegates & supports troubleshooting as necessary
  • Acts as the primary contact & provides support for the assigned key accounts 
  • Develops strong relationships & lead strategic conversions with partners through regular communication, meetings & business review & forward planning meetings
  • Shares learnings & acts as subject matter expert on partner vertical optimisation 
  • Works closely with the global & local channel leadership team to execute, monitor & report on team initiatives
  • Creates & shares partner management best practice material incl partner facing presentations, test & learn templates, process documentation & training materials, etc.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders & colleagues across the business across central & local teams (Growth Partnership platform, finance, analytics, product, tech, etc)

What youll bring

  • Affiliate, Strategic Partner Management expert with 7+ years experience in the affiliate/online partnerships industry
  • An experienced leader with 2+ years experience in running cross-functional groups to deliver strategic partnership initiatives or projects
  • Equipped with a profound knowledge of the global partnership/affiliate landscape, common tracking technologies & platforms
  • A very strong analytical thinker who likes solving difficult problems
  • A strong communicator who knows how to connect easily with different types of stakeholders 
  • A team-player, who gets the best out of his/her team & stakeholder group
  • Experience in other performance marketing channels is a plus
  • Experience in technical fields such as management of affiliate platforms such as Impact, analytical tools (Tableau) or campaign management automation is a plus
