RAPP Detroit is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our award-winning Program Management team.

YOUR ROLE:
As Sr. Project Manager you are the director of the client projects youre the one who knows how to make things happen. Youre the master of the execution & process from project initiation to delivery. You are passionate about the space from CRM, DM & Digital. Youre creative, solutions-oriented, organized, collaborative & have exceptional people skills.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keeps projects moving forward smoothly, develops project plans for new work, ensures that creative can be produced within specified timeframes, efficiently manages + communicates milestones throughout the project lifecycle, proactively mitigates risks & comfortable adapting to changes from inception to delivery of projects.
- Manages account/project-related meetings including weekly account status meetings, internal reviews, etc. Issues & or ensure issuance of timely contract reports.
- Tracks budget for projects, ensures deliverables can be produced within specified budgets, proactively identifies any risks & escalates needs to business / agency leads to be addressed.
- Aligns the project team to the work to ensure resources are available & present at appropriate times throughout the project lifecycle.

- Responsible for maintaining the required level of quality through every step of the delivery process.
- Manages simultaneous projects within budgetary & schedule constraints.
- Collaborates with disciplines across the agency to deliver the highest quality of work
- If assigned, capable of mentoring junior team members of the best practices of the agency & project management.
- Builds respectful, strong working relationships with internal team(s) from Business Leadership to execution resources on a project, as well as external partners & vendors.
- Builds respectful, strong working relationships when applicable with client(s). Ensure understanding & adherence to agency process.
- Optimizes production workflows & processes with a goal of constant improvement.
- Proficient with programs such as the Office 360 suite: Visio, Excel, PPT & MS Project, & Teams.
- Experience with project management/workflow tools a plus (specifically WorkFront, JIRA)
- Leads efficient meetings & conference calls. Ensures timely conference notes & action steps taken.
- Is a champion of the agency process & quality work. Ensures adherence by all parties.
- Is versed in mainstream process methodologies including waterfall & agile.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM & 360 campaign management, i.e. digital, direct mail, video, radio, etc. at an advertising agency at a media, direct marketing or interactive advertising agency.
- Experience in managing cross-discipline teams including strategy, creative & technology.
- Experience in multiplatform content extensions & original content production.
- Working knowledge & understanding of web technologies, including HTML, DHTML, etc.
- Working knowledge of email deployment, & campaign management systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Working knowledge of print production/ execution process a plus.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Possess an established track record of successful accomplishment with clients / teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including MS Project & Teams
- Experience with WorkFront, JIRA or related PM systems a plus.
- Have strong organizational skills & be detailed-oriented / stickler for details.
- Have strong written & communication skills.

This range is specific to Detroit & multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience & training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
