In this role you will lead the management, growth & optimization of our collection of partners we collaborate with across our multi brand portfolio of HelloFresh, Chefs Plate & Factor in Canada. We collaborate with many partners through different executions, including but not limited to: buying advertising space within their audience network, launching custom campaigns and/or providing products for executions on the partners end. Your role will be to lead the planning, coordination & execution of the partnership portfolios: Gift Cards & Flyers & Barter. You will be responsible for handling the partner relationships, day to day coordination, campaign set up, execution through internal systems & coordinating with internal teams, tracking performance, & working closely with the partners to further improve the programs.

Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for

  • Own customer acquisition goals by planning, preparing & implementing the marketing plans for all existing partnership programs
  • Conduct market research to identify partnership opportunities to prospect, build & nurture new partners with business development efforts & outreach activities 
  • Lead campaign execution by planning, project managing & coordinating with partners on campaign setup: budget, target goals, creative messaging & discount messaging
  • Communicate & collaborate with partners in a firm, positive & constructive manner that fosters & nurtures relationships that will help both the business & partners in the long term
  • Take ownership of optimizing operations & processes for setting up campaigns & tracking performance
  • Own logistics & inventory for partner campaign assets
  • Create concise campaign creative briefs to the Brand & Creative teams to help with campaign creatives & iterations
  • Support forecasting, budgeting & internal reporting with Growth Marketing Manager & Finance Team
  • Work alongside analytical thinkers & be comfortable with tracking, analyzing, reporting on, & presenting results on campaign performance
  • All other duties, as assigned

Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of business-to-business, client management and/or project management experience & 1-2 years in growth marketing, print media marketing and/or offline marketing
  • Superior organizational & relationship building skills to monitor & maintain partnership success
  • Excellent & fearless verbal & written communication 
  • Proven success record of achieving revenue & profit objectives
  • Past proven track record on prospecting, negotiating, signing on, & relationship management of external stakeholders, partners, vendors.
  • Be comfortable with complexities that may arise & address them with sound judgment & problem solving
  • Proactive thinker who recognizes & understands our business strategy
  • An analytical driven approach to making sound business & operational decisions
  • A strong business acumen & can translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations that align with business objectives.
  • Familiar with and/or willingness to quickly learn: Excel, SQL & reporting tools such as Tableau
