In December 2023, we launched the Semester at Palantir program for students who desire to accelerate their career & learn by doing - working on meaningful, real-world problems rather than academic exercises, especially at universities where teaching has strayed.

We are proud to announce another cohort of the program. University fellows will join as Deployment Strategists (Echos) or Forward Deployed Engineers (Deltas) alongside full-time Palantirians, supplemented with programming curated to fuel growth & criticality. The Fall 2025 program runs from September-December 2025.

You'll work alongside a team solving a variety of technical problems - contributing to Palantir products & customer outcomes. In this role, the challenges you'll encounter will require a curious & analytical approach, a sharp intuition for product, & a strong degree of user insight to ultimately empower our customers to improve decisions.

Our customers come to us seeking AI-powered solutions to safeguard their troops, manufacture high quality products across complex supply chains, power hospitals operations, or deliver aid to refugees securely. You'll transform their ideas from prototype to tangible product, crafting innovative workflows that turn their vision into reality. You may also be deployed to Palantir internal teams & problems. You will be matched to roles based on your skills, interests, & experience.
