As a Sales Enablement Director on the Sales Operations team in our London office, youll play a vital role in creating & leading projects that bring real added value to Taboola & its users.

We are looking to hire an outstanding individual, who will own & manage the Sales Enablement team within the Sales Operations Department. To be effective with Taboola's internal teams you need to be proactive with a can-do approach, naturally inquisitive, data oriented, analytical & problem-solver with a track record of leading successful projects & growing revenue. The Sales Enablement Director will play a pivotal role in shaping & executing our enablement strategy. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Enablement, with a particular focus on empowering our sales team through a Solution Selling sales methodology & effective sales enablement initiatives.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years of experience in a sales enablement, sales or sales leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience working with different sales cycles, Enterprise, SMB, Self Service
  • Ability to evaluate organizational needs & translate into practical & impactful Sales Enablement solutions
  • Understands diverse learning styles & how to develop & scale impactful programs
  • Proven track record of developing & implementing successful sales enablement programs & leveraging AI technology, e.g., Synthesia
  • Executive presence to be able to discuss & diagnose Enablement needs with VPs & deliver content to Individual Contributors
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations & collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product teams) to identify skills to drive revenue growth & optimize operational processes
  • Possesses strong learning agility
  • Deep understanding of Solution Selling sales methodology
  • At least 3 years experience in the adtech industry, including a strong understanding of programmatic advertising, ad exchanges, SSPs, DSPs, & relevant technologies
  • Ability to prioritize multiple stakeholder needs & assess urgency & the overall business impact for the business
  • Proficiency with sales enablement technology platforms (e.g., Knowledge Management, Learning Management, Performance Management, etc.)
  • Up to date knowledge on the latest Sales Enablement Best Practices

How youll make an impact:

As a Sales Enablement Director, youll bring value by:

  • Lead, develop & guide a global team of 3 Sales Enablement Managers
  • Translate key sales funnel metrics from CRM to then create sales enablement strategies
  • Develop & execute departmental / regional sales plans aligned with company goals
  • Work with Cross Functional teams, specifically Product Marketing on the Sales Go to Market (GTM) for new products / features
  • Drive annual training needs analysis, integrate & prioritize execution plan to best support the achievement of business goals; measure effectiveness & ROI of training investment.
  • Design & deliver comprehensive global sales training programs, including onboarding, basic & advanced sales skills, industry-specific training, & in conjunction with Product Marketing on new product/feature rollouts
  • Lead the planning & execution of Annual Regional Sales Kickoff events, working closely with cross-functional teamsincluding Product, Product Marketing, IT, Facilities, & Financeto deliver seamless events across key global regions
  • Continuously assess knowledge & product / sales skills fluency within the Sales teams
  • Manage all sales communications & content management systems
  • Implement a performance management strategy prioritizing a data-driven approach to coaching the Sales teams
