Who we are at TheFork

Welcome to TheFork! We're on a mission to bring people together, feed the human spirit & champion restaurant culture because we strongly believe the best things in life happen around the table, & we want you to experience those unforgettable moments.

Founded in 2007 & present in 12 countries, we are the leading restaurant booking platform across Europe, & offer the broadest community of diners access to thousands of incredible restaurants. How do we make this happen? Through our exceptional lineup of products:

TheFork App: our free restaurant discovery & booking app that helps you find your next table with ease

TheFork Manager: our innovative software tool that digitises restaurant operations & helps restaurateurs manage their bookings & increase their revenue

TheFork PAY & TheFork Gift Card: quick & easy ways to pay directly from TheFork app, making the payment process a piece of cake.

We have offices all over Europe, boasting a fully international team from all over the world. We are all foodies at heart, & work together in a flexible, multicultural & positive environment which provides everyone with space to grow, both professionally & personally.

What you will do in this job:

Part of the Central Marketing team, you will work closely with other central departments (in particular Data, Sales, Product & Finance teams) & support the 12 countries where TheFork is present. You report to the Revenue Director.

Your goal is to help position TheFork as champion of the category, by both aligning the value we bring to our customers (Restaurants & Diners) with the monetization of our services, as well as unlocking new incremental revenue streams. As challenging & as exciting as that.

In order to achieve this ambitious goal, youll be wearing two hats, acting both as a senior project manager & a senior pricing analyst.

As a project manager, youll notably be

Defining new revenue initiatives & assessing their relevance, be it for our restaurants or diners

Leading & coordinating end-to-end execution of validated initiatives, in strong relationship with our countries & other central functions (Data, Sales, Product & Engineering, Finance, Legal)

Working closely with all teams to identify & drive further optimization of existing strategies or processes, by leveraging eye-opening learnings from the field

As a pricing analyst, youll notably be

Performing strategic revenue analyses & leading pricing-related consumer studies to drive strategic decisions & actionable recommendations

Supporting countries & functions through dedicated monitoring & understanding of local trends & performances

Keeping a close eye on competition & external players to help teams gain knowledge & understanding of the market & its practices

In this transversal role, you are expected to continuously support & partner with teams across the organization: both the central & local Marketing & Sales teams obviously, but also closely partnering with Data, Finance & Product teams.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor / Master degree
  • At least 3 years experience, preferably in digital companies
  • Proven track-record in pricing strategies & revenue projects
  • Analytical & data-driven problem solver
  • Advanced project management skills
  • High level of personal drive, self-motivated & passionate
  • Team player

Other considerations for the role:

  • Language: Being fluent in English is a must. French, Spanish & Italian are a plus.
  • IT: Expert level in Excel, but also Office/Google Workspace. SQL notions are a plus.
  • Possible locations: Paris, Barcelona, Milan.

What we offer?

An awesome team (not everybody like our jokes, but we try our best)

A Permanent contract (that can be useful in life)

Flexible working environment (2 days home office per week)

Competitive fixed salary, bonus & equity (yes, equity!)

Lunch vouchers available for each working day (because yes, we like to try our best restaurants

International teams - More than 30 nationalities & 16 offices worldwide

 Highly inclusive working environment

Lifestyle benefits that can be used to reimburse physical, leisure activities, family support, travel etc

Continuous learning & development programs (with full access to LinkedIn Learning!)

Free access to the Calm app

A program dedicated to help you have the best work/life balance

Health insurance fully covered by the company

Life Insurance & Disability at no cost to the employee

Amazing offices with dining, coffee point on each floor, & leisure area

Team building events (we love karaoke. A lot. A lot.)

We believe that we are better together, & at TheFork we welcome you for who you are. Our workplace is for everyone, as is our people powered platform. At TheFork, we want you to bring us your unique perspective & experiences, so we can collectively keep disrupting the restaurant industry & go from good to great.
