About the role: The People & Culture Business Partner (EMEA) will lead initiatives to provide exceptional HR services & enhance employee experience, working as part of our Senior Leadership team to ensure we deliver against company growth & success goals. You are responsible for championing our success by providing strategic guidance & driving initiatives across employee relations, engagement & wellbeing, HR policies & legislation, culture & inclusion, learning & development & talent attraction & retention. Reporting to the EMEA President with a dotted line in to the Global Chief People Officer & supported by a People & Office Coordinator, your role will:

  • Collaborate with the broader senior leadership team to define People & Culture business goals
  • Lead People & Culture department objective setting & impactful execution, aligning with business goals & commercial requirements 
  • Be accountable for the quality of output & success of the People & Culture function across both day to day operations & strategic growth initiatives. Driving continuous improvement of processes & operations
  • Lead HR policy, compensation & benefit, compliance & legislation reviews, updates, enhancements & associated maintenance 
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, well-being, recognition & continuous feedback, closely aligning with the company values. Developing associated insight & actions
  • Drive transformative initiatives ensuring that diversity, equity, & inclusion are not just values but lived experiences, fostering an environment where everyone feels respected, heard, & empowered 
  • Build & maintain effective relationships with department leads & senior managers to provide professional & commercially focused guidance, coaching & relevant training across all aspects of employee relations & performance management. Identifying services or solutions to drive continuous improvement
  • Roll out the appraisal process & associated process training  
  • Business partner with Global stakeholders for specialist guidance & resources & provide thought leadership for Global initiatives, ensuring they are fit for local purpose
  • Own People reporting, translating key insight to senior stakeholders

Preferable experience & skills:

  • Previous experience of leading a HR/People function, ideally in an agency environment of a similar size
  • Experience of advising & working with senior stakeholders (senior leadership team, department & team leads)
  • Commercial business partner approach & strong communication skills
  • Exposure across all key aspects of People operations including HR policies & legislation, ER, DEI, retention etc
  • Good understanding of the key principles of employment law
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritise, organise & manage numerous concurrent projects to successful outcomes
  • CIPD qualified or related HR qualification
