About the job

This position is needed to lead relationships within our Self Service customer base & Communications platform customers who consume our messaging, voice & email services. As our new Inside Sales Representative, ISV EMEA, you will be responsible for net new customer activations, transactional & solution selling, & closing deals within our Self Service account base. 

Responsibilities

In this role, youll:

  • Own & run pipeline generation opportunities on EMEA ISV territory
  • Work with Account Executives to complement either territory plans with your own dedicated pipeline generation activities
  • Execute programmable sales plays to consistently deliver strong revenue, gross margin, & gross profit results. 
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline & forecast utilizing our CRM, Salesforce through proactive efforts & collaboration with your team.
  • Execute automation strategies to serve a large quantity of prospects
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align on messaging & campaigns.

Required 

Experience in a technical SaaS/CPaaS space, with a record of top performance

  • Demonstrated track record of Business Development in SaaS Sales 
  • Comfortable working with business & highly technical leaders, while influencing their understanding & building supportive partnerships.
  • Analytical account development strategy based on using data to find opportunities & prove value.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite to define processes & build programs.
  • Record of delivering revenue & gross profit results
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

  • DON'T SETTLE: Passionate about what you do, able to think outside of the box, & have world-class interpersonal & communication skills to make complex technical & financial details sound simple
  • RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE: Ability to balance competing priorities & manage multiple projects/deals at the same time
  • DRAW THE OWL: Passion & ability for thinking outside the box, building out new processes, & helping the team to build a playbook along the way

Location 

This role will be based in Ireland or the UK.
