What Youll Do
As we continue our rapid growth, we are adding a Lead Enterprise Sales Director (Lead ESD) to help cultivate & nurture deep relationships with both Brands & Agencies in Brazil by leading with data-driven insights that fuel the development of market-leading business narratives & value propositions. Specifically, this role will cater to Brands (while working closely with their Agency) that have yet to adopt DoubleVerify solutions - a highly strategic opportunity to drive an immediate & meaningful impact in one of the fastest growing businesses in todays Ad Tech industry. We are looking for a strong, strategic salesperson who has a deep understanding of the Brazilian advertising ecosystem & a passion for the latest emerging technologies. Very strong knowledge of all digital environments (programmatic, direct, OLV, CTV, Social, etc.) & online marketing techniques, & an inquisitive mindset of the emerging AI driven technology space!
For this opportunity, we are seeking a proven, strategic minded individual contributor with a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem & passion for the latest emerging technologies.
- Lead relationships with senior stakeholders focused on identifying strategic opportunities for value-creation, partnership development, & revenue growth
- Lead, negotiate & close new accounts, custom-tailoring strategic solutions to their business needs
- Drive highly collaborative, account strategies throughout the entire deal lifecycle, from client prospecting through RFP management & post-sale engagement
- Drive high-impact thought leadership, reinforcing DVs reputation as an innovator & trusted leader in ad verification, brand safety & performance solutions in the industry
- Define the growth strategy for your portfolio with clear guidance on key client & agency stakeholders, client/opportunity prioritization
- Achieve personal quarterly/annual revenue & new business targets, as agreed with the Sales Lead
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting insight
Who You Are
- 8+ years Ad Tech experience in a client-facing, individual contributor hunter role
- You are consistently one of the top sellers in your sales organization, & have a stellar reputation & proven track record as being one of the industrys best
- You are highly curious & intelligent, constantly enhancing your industry knowledge & competitive insight to help you close big business & generate significant revenue
- You are the ultimate team player & have proven experience working cross functionally & collaboratively across internal teams to build business & sales activity
- You are an exceptional communicator & confident presenter across all real & virtual formats
- You are deeply networked & have extensive contacts & relationships at top brands & media agencies.
- You have demonstrated the ability to think strategically to identify a brands key business objectives & challenges, translating & building into compelling value propositions
- You have solid troubleshooting, analytical, & problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-departmentally.
- You are able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You have rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, & a positive can-do approach.
- You are a resourceful self-starter
- Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English is preferred to facilitate effective collaboration across global teams.
