The Role

Around the world, data is being generated at an exponential rate. Many government agencies & commercial institutions worldwide have made investments in data platforms but still struggle to make data-driven decision-making a reality at the scale of their business. Palantir's software helps these organizations transform data & models into operational assets, empowering them to solve their most critical problems. As Technical Account Manager (TAM) you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers extract the maximum benefit from Palantir Foundry. This is a senior & key role for ensuring customer success with Palantir Foundry & a strong lasting relationship with Palantir.

As a part of the Sales organization you will play a pivotal role in ensuring sustainable results from Sales to Delivery. You will have a direct role in defining the strategy, architecture & technical solutions that allow some of the leading world organizations to use data to solve real-world problems. Customer focused, you will understand their business strategy & challenges, & their unique technical landscape as it evolves & act as a trusted advisor to enhance business benefits. You will collaborate with the customer & Palantir engagement organizations to maximize how Palantir Foundry accelerates the customer strategy & secures their return on investments.
