The Content Author (CA) is responsible for creating, editing & tracking down the content within a CMS environment, which also implies interacting with majority of stakeholders in a project. As a CMS project owner, CAs strive to deliver excellent results to benefit both the project & the team. A CA works with web applications & a variety of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JS & is comfortable with content management systems platforms.


You will:

  • Create or update content in the CMS (AEM, Sitecore, TeamSite) on basic HTML, CSS & JS to ensure the pages accurately reflect the client requirements.
  • Works closely with Creative, Business, Technology & QA teams to ensure quality & punctual web development
  • Implements technical solutions following the Capabilitys best practices
  • Debugs or troubleshoots simple issues in existing web applications
  • Provide feedback on policies & procedures when an opportunity for improvement exists

You have:

  • Advanced English Proficiency (B2+ reading, writing, & conversation).
  • At least 1+ years of experience working with content management systems (AEM, Sitecore, TeamSite)
  • Knowledge of Cross-browser & Responsive development
  • Familiar with basic front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS & JS.
  • Experience manipulating & administering website content.
  • Experience using best practice version control methodologies.
  • Familiar with JIRA or similar issue tracking tool
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data transfer formats popular in web applications (eg. JSON, XML)
