The EMEA Benefits Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of QC's core Benefits administration, policies, & programs; in addition, the Benefits Manager is expected to identify, own, & execute projects that support the Benefits philosophy in line with the People team's business priorities & strategic initiatives.
Ownership, influence, project management, & communication skills are core to the successful Benefits Manager. The Benefits Manager will also work on complex benefits matters & escalations, contribute to defining the Benefits strategy, & driving engagement & compliance with all policies & programs.
