Zuoras procurement team is involved in compliant acquisition of goods & services for our business. As trusted partners, we support Zuoras business in an efficient & responsive manner while minimizing risk, following processes, & securing savings. We help our business partners in negotiating & drafting a variety of commercial agreements, supporting vendor risk assessment & legal review processes, & implementing policy & process improvements.
This role will support the procurement department & business partners in all activities related to procurement operations, all aspects of the management & ownership of procurement & source-to-pay systems, & process improvement initiatives for procurement operations.

This role is a perfect fit for those trailblazing individuals who are not afraid to design & own a process, implement change, & make a significant impact on day to day operations of the procurement department.
This role will own & drive the procure-to-pay process & systems at Zuora. The goal is to assess, plan, design, & implement process improvements, own the Coupa procure-to-pay system, & support business partners & other stakeholders towards an efficient & compliant procurement process.
You will lead & train the procurement operations team, oversee the end-to-end process, manage company-wide channels of communication for the procurement operations team, & handle escalations.
This role requires demonstrated fluency in Coupa source-to-pay system; exposure to Netsuite is beneficial.
WHAT YOULL ACHIEVE
- Own & improve the end to end procure-to-pay process
- Own & administer Coupa source-to-pay system
- Lead & train the procurement operations team
- Be responsible for data quality in Coupa
- Support business partners, IT partners, & functional leadership with P2P data reporting, communications, user management, & other tasks as assigned
WHAT YOULL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Bachelors degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in owning & administering the Coupa system; Coupa certification preferred
- Knowledge of Coupa universe of apps & integrations
- Demonstrated experience of owning & running the procurement operations process
- Project management & process improvement experience preferred
