Job Description

As the HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting a broad range of HR generalist activities, including onboarding, engagement, performance, development, & HR operations. Youll act as the first point of contact for employee queries & be instrumental in supporting the People & Culture plan through hands-on delivery & coordination across various HR initiatives.

This role is based at Youfoodz Customer Facility in Karawatha, Brisbane & reports to the People Operations Lead.

You will

• Manage the HR inbox as the first point of contact for employee queries
• Maintain & update employee records & HR data with accuracy
• Support the implementation of key HR initiatives & projects
• Assist across all HR sub-functions including onboarding, learning & development, performance, & engagement
• Partner with Payroll, Workforce Planning, & WHS to support compliance & process improvements
• Provide general HR administrative support including reporting & documentation
• Assist with system updates & implementation (e.g., Workday)
• Perform other duties as required to support the People & Culture team

You have

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business (preferred)
• At least 1-2 years experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing
• Exposure to a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, L&D, ER/IR, & WHS
• Experience using HRIS platforms (Workday desirable)
