Hi, we're Oscar Medical Group. We're hiring a Physician to join our Virtual Health Assessment team.

About the role:
You will deliver quality care to patients on Oscar's platforms via phone & messaging. You will also serve as a supervising physician to Advanced Practice Providers.
You will report into the Director, Virtual Health Assessment

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role is: $188,000 - $246,750 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, annual vacation grant of up to 18 days per year, & annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct oversight & supervision of nurse practitioners & physician assistants within state by state regulations
- Provide medical care virtually (both by phone & message) in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices & policies
- Collaborate with MAs, RNs, & other providers across service lines
- Compliance with all applicable laws & regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Board-certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Must be licensed in GA
- 3+ years experience in an outpatient family or internal medicine practice.
- Strong understanding of risk adjustment methodologies, including HCC coding principles
- Familiarity with HEDIS measures, including their role in quality improvement & performance measurement
Bonus points:
- 2+ years of Telemedicine experience
- IMLCC compact Physician license or eligible to apply
- Fluent in Spanish
- Licensed in TN, MO, PA
- Supervision experience of Nurse Practitioners (NP) & Physician Assistants (PA)

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, & experience.
