Seeking to hire a Contractor based out of Argentina, Mexico, or Brazil for a Senior Fullstack QA Engineer with a deep understanding of manual, API, & automated agile testing in the SDLC. This position involves working with talented engineers to build a front-end application utilizing cloud back-end services & other modern technologies. You will be responsible for delivering quality applications & services with other QA Engineers.

Scope of Services:

•  Required to test stories/bugs manually & then incrementally build automated tests.
• Responsible for developing & executing test plans & supporting production releases.
• Responsible for developing new & refactoring existing automated regression test cases using a typescript programming language in webdriverIO/Playwright Automation Framework.
• Responsible for testing internally built LLM's & external AI tools/services.
• Build test automation from scratch at the services/API layer.
• Be able to test API manually or with automated calls.
• Collaborate with Developers, product owners, & other QE engineers to strategize & execute test plans.
• Be an advocate for software quality throughout all phases of development.
• Effectively communicate test status & progress to all stakeholders. You will find, document, & track bugs as needed.
• Responsible for all types of software testing in a scrum. This role will involve interacting with product owners, developers, & other QA teams.

Skills & Experience:

• 7 + years of software testing & quality assurance experience.
• 2 + years of WebdriverIO/PlayWright experience.
• 4 + years of experience developing software testing frameworks & test scripts using TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
• Hands-on experience in building automated scripts in an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with various testing types: manual testing, regression testing, integration testing, services testing, & database testing.
• 4 + years of working experience in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Experience in writing & executing manual & automated test cases for features on various applications, including websites & mobile apps.
• Experience in testing AI driven services & LLM's would be beneficial but not a must.
