Position Details:

We are actively seeking an Implementation Management Contractor to support our Noom team through the beginning of 2026. This contractor position will be critical in helping us support & execute a high volume of client implementations during our busiest time of year.

As an Implementation Manager Contractor, you will own & drive the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of projects & solutions for our Noom Health clients. Youll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, & external stakeholders to coordinate seamless onboarding & deployment experiences that set our clients up for success.

You Will:

• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects from kickoff through launch
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on timelines, resource needs, & dependencies
• Develop & maintain detailed project plans, timelines, & status reports.
• Track & report on pipeline, project status, & key milestones to internal stakeholders
  Serve as a key point of contact for clients during onboarding, ensuring a first-class implementation experience
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities during our high-volume season, maintaining focus on quality & customer satisfaction
• Ensure client requirements are met & provide post-implementation support as needed

You Have:

• At least 5 years experience in implementation/project management roles for a digital health company
• Proven experience managing eligibility feeds, SFTP connections, API integrations, & other healthcare data pipelines 
• Strong organizational & communication skills, both with internal & external (clients, partners) stakeholders 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management tools & methodologies, along with reporting tools. 

Contract Details: 

• Location: Remote (US-based required)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Rate: $50 - $70/hour 
• Start Date: September 22, 2025
• Duration: 4-5 months 
• Potential for extension or contract-to-hire conversion upon business need
