Wealthfront is looking for a junior FP&A Analyst, who will report directly to the Senior Director of Finance. This role is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow, driven by a collaborative spirit, & constantly seeking learning opportunities.

Finance & Accounting at Wealthfront Wealthfront's Finance & Accounting team operates cross-functionally, collaborating with multiple departments across the company. Whether it's engineering, marketing, legal, compliance, people operations, etc., our Finance & Accounting team plays an important role in strategically informing their decisions.

Key responsibilities
Close/Reporting -Manage the scheduling, planning, & preparation of the monthly Close. -Assist with the monthly review of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, & Statement of Cash Flow (direct & indirect) by preparing variance reports & forecasts. -Proactively identify, develop, & implement enhancements to existing reporting & business processes.
Budgeting/Planning -Leverage insights from the month-end close & other projects to improve the quality of Wealthfront's operating & financial models. -Assist in maintaining Wealthfront's consolidated corporate financial model with other Finance team members.
Analysis -Support the production of monthly, quarterly, & annual financial presentations. -Refine systems, modeling tools, & techniques to support business growth & seek out process improvement opportunities. -Perform ad hoc analyses that drive strategic business decisions. Analyze data & financial & business metrics used by the company & senior management.
