WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

We are looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator to join our EMEA marketing team that will focus on keeping our UK marketing team organised by being an excellent project manager, who can efficiently run multiple projects at once, prioritize tasks & track projects to ensure both they & the team stays on schedule. The ideal candidate is somebody who wants to get involved & learn about developing & executing impactful, measurable marketing programs in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Northern Europe Marketing Leader, you will support with all types of tactics, including events, social selling, digital & social media, & account based marketing. You will learn how to analyse results, develop insights, & make intelligent recommendations to improve marketing programs. You will build relationships with sales, partner & customer success counterparts, & you will become an invaluable team member supporting with the day-to-day operations. You will be inspired by working with a fun, ambitious team in the London office.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work with the Northern Europe Marketing Leader & UK Marketing Specialists to execute the regional marketing strategy

  • Own all regional administration processes, including regional team communications (weekly updates to Sales), events & launch calendar, purchase requests & vendor on-boarding

  • Support on all marketing events, working with the UK Marketing Specialists, Sales, PR, Brand & external vendors on timely planning, execution & follow-up

  • Own the social programs for all UK activations, with support from the UK Marketing Specialists

  • Work with the UK Marketing Specialists to monitor reporting on all conversion metrics owned by this function & recommend tweaks & improvements based on your analysis.

  • Support the Customer Marketing Manager with regional customer reference programs, assisting with case study creation

  • Support the Northern Europe Marketing Leader & the global Digital team in building out a world-class regional website, ensuring content is both localised & optimised

Who you are:

Required skills

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills in English

  • Proficiency in project management, supported by recent examples from the past three years, is essential for this role.

  • Team-centric mindset - demonstrated ability working well in a collaborative environment

  • Passionate about marketing as a career, even if this is their first marketing role

Preferred skills

  • Ideally holds a BA/BS (or equivalent) in Marketing or a related field, has experience at a relevant technology company, or possesses an interest in the technology landscape along with some prior knowledge

  • Experience using Salesforce & Adobe Express
