Role Description

The Payroll Specialist will serve as a key member of the payroll function, with responsibility for full-cycle payroll processing for North American employees & working closely with ADP Comprehensive services & business partners on HR, Stock Administration, & IT teams. In addition, this position will be responsible for developing, implementing, & maintaining processes that will contribute to an efficient payroll process for Dropbox. 

The ideal candidate for this position is a hands-on individual that thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We are looking for an individual with demonstrated experience in building accurate & timely payroll processes that promote a high quality employee experience.
