About The Team:
This team is the engine room of our Hello Fresh Delivery Network (HFDN) focused on making sure every customer box gets where it needs to be; on time & in full for our customers in the North West. They are the intermediary between drivers & customers taking on sole responsibly for the final mile/home delivery. The Delivery Operations Manager will lead the site, drive performance, own KPIs, & manage delivery service partner (DSP) relationships at a strategic level. This person will be the go-to escalation point & key contact for wider logistics & cross-functional teams.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Oversee all final mile operations at site level, ensuring targets are hit & standards upheld
- Own performance metrics, cost control, & daily delivery execution
- Create clear, insightful reports that drive action
- Build strong working relationships with our DSPs from onboarding through to daily collaboration
- A proactive approach to protect the customer experience
- Lead, coach, & develop a team of supervisors & support staff
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture where feedback & growth are part of the day-to-day
Who You Are:
- Leadership experience working in last-mile delivery or home delivery operations
- Comfortable managing external partners & internal teams in a dynamic environment
- Data-driven, with a clear head for numbers & performance metrics
- Decisive, calm under pressure, & always customer-focused

Shifts: Saturday - Wednesday, 8am - 5pm
