As a Producer at Riot, youll support passionate, cross-functional teams in creating exciting content & experiences for our players around the world. You will encourage teams to communicate, guide development, remove roadblocks, & ultimately help drive our games into players hands, while making sure that our teams & workflows are healthy & sustainable.

As a Senior Game Producer for an R&D game team, you will help steer & orchestrate cosmetic content development, & coordinate production best practices with our production & gameplay teams to help deliver the best possible products to our players. You will partner closely with artists, producers, product owners, designers & engineers to guide content from concept through implementation - maintaining quality, managing timelines, & ensuring creative alignment. You will help shape the pipelines & workflows that enable artists to do their best work, at scale, in a live service environment. You will use your experience of content production, strong project management fundamentals, & broad knowledge of the game development process to support the products holistic vision. You will report to an Operations Lead on the project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of content features in a cross-team & cross-discipline manner
• Partner with discipline leads to ensure that all content meets fidelity, consistency, & style standards
• Drive development & maintenance of sustainable creative pipelines, including support for external vendors & outsourcing workflows
• Drive creation, alignment, & delivery of content goals
• Transition a team from a largely exploratory space to a high functioning delivery model
• Prioritization of requests from multiple partner teams, planned & emergent
• Long range planning of resource allocation to deliver against project priorities
• Establish & own an effective development framework by leading content team meetings, driving iterative process improvements, & ensuring needed communication
• Own long term sustainability of the team including improving capabilities, creating & maintaining effective work systems, & team health
• Ensure effective execution of risk management, velocity tracking, product review, & quality validation 
• Identify & resolve roadblocks & distractions to unlock developers & help them achieve established goals
• Maintain stakeholder relationships & keep them informed of progress, risks, & pivots
• Communicate team staffing needs as they arise

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience developing games as a producer on content teams 
• 4+ years of experience delivering content for a live service game
• 2+ years of experience guiding a R&D project through the different phases of development from Pre-production to Production to Live.
• Experience working with game developers to create or manage scalable pipelines for art-driven content; deep familiarity with modern 2D & 3D art pipelines in games.
• Experience collaborating with creatives to scope, prioritize, & deliver high-quality visual assets.
• Experience shipping multiple games with production responsibility on important features & content
• Experience working with both internal & external vendors to deliver content for a live service game
• Experience with project management software such as Jira or MS Project
