About the Role

Were looking for a Manager of Supply Chain & Fulfillment Operations to lead the non-medical logistics that support Nooms healthcare programs. Youll oversee packaging procurement, vendor relationships, & fulfillment operationsensuring GLP-1 kits, diagnostic tools, & supplements are delivered reliably & cost-effectively. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where strategic planning meets operational execution. Youll analyze data, manage partners, optimize inventory, & shape the systems that support Nooms next phase of growth.

You Will

• Own procurement of supplies, including sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, & identifying cost savings
• Manage fulfillment performance across pharmacy & 3PL partners, ensuring SLA adherence & resolving issues quickly
• Maintain accurate, SKU-level inventory visibility across locations & support end-of-month reconciliation
• Forecast demand, manage replenishment cycles, & coordinate inventory transfers to meet order volume
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends & improve inventory strategy using SQL, Python, & Excel
• Support new launches by collaborating with Product & Clinical Ops to ensure operational readiness
• Help evaluate & implement tools such as an Inventory Management System (IMS) or ERP-lite solution
  
  

About You

You Have

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or fulfillmentideally in CPG, DTC health, or fast-scaling eCommerce
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, & Excel
• Strong experience managing vendors, driving cost efficiency, & operating across structured & ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication & cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bonus: Experience working with regulated products such as supplements or pharmaceuticals

Base Salary

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000$145,000.
• The range displayed on each job posting is based on Nooms estimate as of the date of publication & reflects the minimum & maximum target for the position for US-based candidates. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including (but not limited to) relevant experience & training, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, role scope, & location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
