What can you expect in this role:
Teads Korea is looking for an exceptional Senior Sales Manager to be based in Seoul. This role will proactively introduce Teads solutions to media agency partners & drive revenue growth through our products & services.

Reporting to the Managing Director, Korea, you will drive opportunities for growth in the region by expanding services across the holding companies & independents, whilst ensuring the delivery of superior client service & results. As such, understanding how both agencies & the platforms work is a must. 

  • Expand Teads footprint with strategic agencies & brands
  • Manage business opportunities pipeline to meet quarterly & annual objectives & KPIs
  • Navigate & build relationships across the complex structure (Trading, client leadership teams, data science, tech, CEOs) of the agencies, establishing foundational education of Teads solutions
  • Manage existing client relations & seek account growth opportunities once onboarded
  • Acquire & maintain a solid understanding of the value proposition of the platform, as well as the existing & future needs of new prospects & existing customers
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate updates to ensure reliable predictability in revenue forecasting
  • Partner with internal collaborators including, but not limited to, product/customer marketing, customer success, subject matter experts, technical solutions engineers, & the people/operations teams to ensure operational excellence

About You

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience or extensive experience in online advertising
  • Bachelors Degree; MBA or other advanced degree a plus
  • A fantastic track record of prospecting & delivering success of winning large accounts
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape & programmatic
  • Strong networking ability & proven connections at major advertising agencies
  • Good technical knowledge & understanding of ad-serving & tracking technologies
  • Ability to resolve queries efficiently, to multitask, & communicate across teams
  • Ability to learn quickly & a self-starter
  • Team player
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Korean with business-level English is a must
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Solution driven mentality
  • Proactive, can-do attitude
