Minted is seeking a Producer to join our Producer team. This role will focus on bringing to life Minted across a variety of customer-facing & trade-facing marketing materials, & overseeing the creative development process from inception to completion. 

Typical deliverables include, but are not limited to: online/email creative, in-store communications, direct mail, print advertising, video development, & trade show content. This role requires an understanding of each business' priorities, & ensuring that the work is aligned & completed with these in mind.

This individual supports the Fine Art & Weddings business & collaborates with Creative Directors, Designers, Visual Merchandisers & the Photo Studio, in addition to cross-functional business partners, to come up with marketing communications that balance brand leadership & marketing effectiveness.  

We are seeking a person who appreciates working in an entrepreneurial, design-driven environment.

The producer serves as the glue that holds the creative process & output together.  He/she helps bring the Minted brand to life across a variety of customer-facing marketing materials, & oversees the creative development process from inception to completion.  This individual can help unblock obstacles, drive process forward, & complete deliverables with a large, cross-functional team.  

The producer manages the development process of all creative assets for Minted.  That can be initiating, carrying out, shepherding the process as well as improving & optimizing existing processes of work at Minted.  Typical deliverables include, but are not limited to: email creative, on-site creative, display assets, social assets, in-store communications, direct mail, print advertising, TV & video assets, & trade show booth development.

This individual collaborates with Creative Directors, Designers, Writers, Visual Merchandisers & the Photo Studio, in addition to cross-functional business partners, to come up with marketing communications that balance brand leadership & marketing effectiveness. The producer is also the lead communicator & documenter of feedback, taking notes on any changes or versioning of creative assets, optimizing assets across the organization, & sharing out feedback & learnings to key partners across the organization.  

The producer ensures that a thorough creative brief is developed for all projects with input from key stakeholders across the company to include clear project objectives, relevant messaging, & executional mandatories.  The producer ensures that all work delivers on the business objectives & creative strategy set forth in the creative brief.

The role is also the owner of the library of creative assets for their category.  That entails the development of a system of management, continual organization of those assets, updating where necessary, & the ability to locate any & all assets that the organization may need.
