Overview

Our Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, & sales teams to serve our customers, the leading retailers, brands, & suppliers. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for product & a knack for distilling technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming client requests & assigned projects, ensuring timely & articulate responses, & follow through to release.
• Collaborate with the engineering & UX team to prioritize client requests, balancing urgency & resource availability.
• Act as a liaison between the engineering team, other internal teams, & clients to facilitate clear communication & understanding of product features & developments.
• Engage in product validation & Quality Assurance (Q&A) to ensure the highest standards of product functionality & user experience.
• Oversee documentation processes for product changes & updates.
• Manage product release cycles, coordinating between teams to ensure smooth rollouts & client transitions.

Qualifications 

Minimum Qualifications  

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager at a SAAS company
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments & manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Intrapreneurial with a founder mindset.
• Experience working on a global product management team.
