The Corporate Strategy & Operations team at Noom is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, cross-functional alignment, & operational excellence across the company. We partner closely with product, commercial, clinical, & operations teams to bring Noom's mission to life through scalable systems & innovative solutions.

About the Role 

As we continue to grow, were seeking an Operations Associate to support our expanding portfolio of non-medical products including supplements, skincare, diagnostics, & more. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to be close to the action working across product, packaging, vendors, & pharmacy fulfillment partners. Youll support launches, help bring new SKUs to life, & make sure our packaging & operational systems scale with demand.

You Will

• Track operational milestones & packaging readiness for new categories (e.g., supplements, skincare, diagnostics)
• Assist with supplier communication, lead time planning, sample approvals, & cross-functional alignment
• Monitor packout configurations across pharmacy partners & support changes to packaging requirements or routing
• Benchmark packaging, fulfillment, & SKU strategies from competitors to help inform margin & operational decisions
• Help build playbooks, checklists, & trackers for internal visibility & vendor coordination

You Have

• 12 years of professional experience in business operations, supply chain, CPG, healthcare, or a related field
• Strong written & verbal communication skills; able to interact with vendors, product managers, & operators
• Excel/Google Sheets fluency able to manage simple inventory tables & timelines
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, & able to work on multiple fast-moving workstreams
• Bonus: entrepreneurial or athlete mindset you thrive in undefined environments & learn fast

Base Salary

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 - $95,000.
• The range displayed on each job posting is based on Nooms estimate as of the date of publication & reflects the minimum & maximum target for the position for US-based candidates. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including (but not limited to) relevant experience & training, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, role scope, & location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
