We are looking for a Principal Program & Product Ops. Manager  to lead our cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality products that meet our customers needs & expectations. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch & beyond, & ensuring alignment with our business strategy & goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex SaaS projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, & implementing best practices in program management. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our products & driving strategic initiatives to support the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & implement program management processes, methodologies, & tools to ensure efficient & effective delivery of software products.
  • Communicate program status, updates, & key milestones to executive leadership & stakeholders, ensuring transparency & alignment throughout the organization.
  • Document & communicate the product vision, roadmap, & objectives across the organization
  • Manage & coordinate multiple product programs & projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, & budget
  • Establish & implement best practices, processes, & tools for product development, testing, deployment, & feedback
  • Train team members on standards. Enforce & audit that the standards are being followed 
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, & other stakeholders to define & prioritize product requirements, features, & enhancements
  • Analyze & report on product performance, user feedback, market trends, & competitive intelligence
  • Identify & resolve issues, risks, & dependencies that may impact product delivery or quality
  • Monitor program performance, identify risks & issues, & implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery & high-quality outcomes
  • Mentor & coach product teams & foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, & customer-centricity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related field; (or an equivalent combination of education & work experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in program management 
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering software products or technology solutions on time & within budget
  • Strong knowledge of product & program management methodologies, frameworks, & tools such as agile, scrum, sprints, Kanban, etc. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, & motivate high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in managing complex, large-scale, & cross-functional product programs & projects
  • Experience directly managing a PMO, project, program, portfolio managers, project analysts, etc
  • Ability to think strategically, analytically, & creatively
  • A bias towards action & the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
