Teads HR team is distributed between 3 continents, Europe, North America & Asia. This team operates for 1,200+ people to provide quality HR strategies & support to our 30 countries.
Based in our London office, we are looking for a Head of Talent Management to support our constant development as part of our global excellence HR Team.
As a Global Expert, your main mission will be to define & implement Teads career management strategy, define a Talent Development policy, propose a strategic actionable plan to identify & support the evolution of internal talent. The objectives are to respond effectively & proactively to Teads Talent Management needs in the short, medium & long term.
You will report to the Teads Chief People Officer & work closely with the leadership, local HR Directors & Learning & Development team to elaborate the adequate initiatives to make Teadsters grow their skills & develop their career.
What will you do?
- Develop & implement an inspiring & comprehensive talent development & culture strategy
- Provide professional expertise & support in the design, development & implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals & results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent
- Deploy, run & cascade the Talent Review process : ensure & coordinate the collective & individual actions needed to create & monitor the pool of talent
- Leads complex programs in areas related to talent management (e.g. succession planning, talent analytics, engagement surveys, diversity, equity, & inclusion education, assessments, performance management, etc.) for retention, promotion & succession planning
- Manage the maintenance & execution of the performance management system, including standards of performance & performance evaluation instruments
- Manage & continuously improve Teads career path including managing current job level descriptions, creation & deployment of new job level to support Teads employee development & provide clarity to employees on career possibilities & expectations
- Works closely with the HR Directors & HR Business Partners to evaluate & support the needs of the business & create tools & resources to increase leadership, team & individual effectiveness

- Tracks metrics & performs talent analytics to provide insights into program opportunities, & inform strategic talent planning
- Conducts research in support of talent management programs & initiatives

What will you bring to the team?
- 8+ years of broad HR experience including talent management & performance management in an international environment in various departments
- Experience designing, developing & supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, succession planning, data analytics & relationship management
- Experience in organizational design
- Strong project management skills across projects of varying size & scope
- Ability to manage, develop plans, communicate plans, & drive change across a company
- Analytical & problem solving skills, for data driven decision making
- Comfort with public speaking across all audiences
- Excellent writing & communication skills
- Experience in working with management platform such as CultureAMP
