Shift: Thursday to Monday 6:00am - 2:00pm

About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who will be the liaison between production facilities & logistics partners to assure successful outbound & delivery to customers.  Reporting to the Logistics Manager, as part of the Logistics team, you will play a key role in maintaining vendor relationships, improving on time performance, & troubleshooting any issues as they arise.

What you will be doing:

• Track shipments sent to customers & coordinate with logistics partners to resolve any challenges along the way
• Collect error reports & weekly data for logistics
• Assist the operations team in the entire supply chain right from receiving ingredients from suppliers to delivering delicious recipes to customers
• Support operations team throughout the week & provide assistance through modification of outbound logistics plan
• Provide feedback on strategic planning & forecasting
• Administrative tasks related to preparation of data for production & logistics cycle
• Participate & support department in logistics initiatives
• Working with customer care team in order to resolve any logistics related issues
• Monitor progress of last mile partners in order to ensure successful delivery to customers

At a minimum, you have: 

• 1+ years of experience with leading supply chain, transportation, or manufacturing companies
• Strong interest in logistics & supply chain
• Proven ability to quickly adapt, problem solve & drive the right results using data
• Quantitative & analytical experience must have exceptional MS Excel skills
• Proactive, ambitious, & assertive: take ownership of work & think beyond the scope of a given assignment
• Extremely organized & have excellent follow up skills
• Strong interpersonal skills & self-motivated
• Entrepreneurial with a strong attitude towards getting things done
• Real passion for food is an asset!!!
