As the Director of DevOps & Cloud, you will be responsible for contributing to, managing & growing the DevOps team.  The DevOps team are ultimately responsible for keeping engineering running, improving individual productivity & solving business process problems through software automation.

The team charter has 3 pillars:

Software Platforms - implementation, operation & customization of engineering software platforms like Azure, Azure DevOps, Artifactory, SonarQube etc.

Software Solutions - observability solutions, virtualization & other shared services to improve development productivity & cycle times. Acceleration of productivity through automation & integration with business platforms like Costpoint, UKG, Lever, Lattice, Salesforce & Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange).

Practices - best practice standards, guidance, training & implementations for our platforms & practices. Examples include Agile/Scrum training, guidance & implementation & continuous evangelism & training on new technologies & software releases.
