TV Performance Marketing Manager

We're looking for a TV Performance Marketing Manager to run customer acquisition campaigns across both Linear TV & Streaming/OTT/Connected TV. The ideal candidate will have experience managing campaigns directly & as well as working with media & TV buying agencies. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of campaigns as well as identifying new opportunities for growth. Its critical that the TV Performance Marketing Manager be able to run performance-oriented campaigns that are effectively tied to company KPIs, while also delivering on our brand strategy & building our brand over time. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is solutions-oriented, thinks creatively, enjoys fast-paced work & is motivated by success.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience, including 3+ years of hands-on experience running DRTV campaigns on both Linear TV & Streaming/OTT/Connected TV for a direct to consumer brand.
  • Strong analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing & interpreting data from third parties & adapt to using custom internal tools.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition across all channels, including offline & digital.

Bonus:

  • Experience running campaigns across other offline media channels, such as Radio, Streaming Audio, Direct Mail, Outdoor, OOH, etc.
  • Experience working with growth oriented business using multi-touch attribution models and/or Media Mix Modeling to understand the incremental effect of marketing campaigns
