The role

As a Senior Content Designer on our team at HelloFresh, youll be instrumental in creating customer-centered product experiences. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams - Product, Design, Engineering, & Data - to lead content initiatives within the design org. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on content creation, giving you the chance to shape the future of consumer service at HelloFresh.

What youll do

• Enhance consumer experiences: Craft intuitive, seamless copy that communicates HelloFreshs value, helping customers feel confident & informed.
• Champion content design standards: Ensure consistent, engaging communication by championing HelloFreshs tone of voice & style guidelines across touchpoints.
• Define content strategy & systems: Develop content frameworks, modular systems, & service levels to support diverse product needs, balancing speed with quality.
• Collaborate for customer-centric outcomes: Partner with UX Research, Product, & Engineering to validate copy & turn insights into actionable content strategies.
• Support multi-brand communication: Tailor content for HelloFreshs different brands, ensuring messages resonate with distinct audiences & drive conversions.

What youll bring

• 4+ years of experience in content design, or a related field, ideally focused on consumer-facing content such as onboarding, growth, & payments. Bonus points for experience with accessibility, localization, foundations, or content quality assurance.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric content for digital products; experience in e-commerce or subscription models is a plus
• Proven ability to lead projects & drive success in content strategy & content systems for scalable impact
• Excellent communication skills & attention to detail, with an eye for upholding brand standards
• Experience in iterative design processes to optimize the user experience
• Fluency in English, along with proficiency in design tools like Figma & familiarity with agile environments.
