We are looking for an individual with a passion for data & a love of television. The Associate Research Manager position will be an exciting opportunity to work in a cross-functional & client facing role at an exciting & fast growing startup. As an ARM, you will work directly with senior members of the Research, Client Services, Data Science, & Business Development teams to create & deliver research studies to a wide variety of clients & industries. In addition to duties involved with reporting, you will have an opportunity to work with product & engineering teams to help design new products & create more efficient processes. Most importantly, you enjoy working with clients to best serve their research needs.


  • Consult with clients on research design & implementation
  • Lead multiple research studies at once & manage deliverables & timelines
  • Work with Associate Research Managers to implement & execute studies
  • Communicate with clients, agencies, & publishers to ensure all study materials are collected & implemented appropriately
  • Review & analyze large datasets
  • Work with Data Analysts to ensure data output meets objectives, timelines, & quality standards
  • Write & present reports directly to clients
  • Collaborate with product & engineering teams to evolve research products & processes
  • Strategize with the Sales organization to scope research prior to sale
  • Contribute to the companys Marketing/PR research reporting


  • Are an expert in quantitative research methodologies
  • Are experienced in leading & executing research studies
  • Enjoy analyzing data & solving problems
  • Are detail-oriented, highly organized, & proactive
  • Have strong verbal & written skills
  • Can communicate effectively with clients via email, over the phone, & in-person
  • Are comfortable navigating ambiguous situations

  • Love TV!


  • Bachelors or advanced degree in business, marketing, psychology, statistics or related area of study
  • 1+ years previous work in client service research role
    • Experience in digital or TV advertising research a plus
  • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAS, SPSS, SQL or similar data tools
  • Knowledge of Nielsen, Rentrak, & TNS
