In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in supporting the operations & management of a company's products. They play a crucial role in ensuring that products are developed, launched, & maintained efficiently & effectively. It is strong organizational skills, good problem-solving abilities, & excellent communication skills. They should also have a good understanding of product management processes & principles, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success & enhance customer satisfaction.

What youll do
- Will oversee & manage recipe cards administrative & editorial processes
- Will be responsible for menu checks, updates, etc.
- Will coordinate with all relevant stakeholders
- Will upload all recipes & meal choices to our online recipe database
- Update & maintain trackers as a core of the product operations process
- Maintaining, organizing, cleaning & upkeep of data.
- Reports any data issues to the team
- Keeps data updated in the different sources
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Perform ad-hoc, once-off admin processes such as updating excel tables as needed.
What youll bring

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Process Outsourcing focused on a Customer Service or Sales campaign
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written with the ability to convey information clearly & professionally
- Strong customer service orientation with well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Background in customer service, sales, or technical support roles is highly preferred
- Demonstrated active listening & comprehension skills to effectively address customer needs
- Strong ability to prioritize, manage time, & multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- High level of adaptability & flexibility to changes in processes, tools, or client requirements
- Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance, & adherence to process excellence
