Job Description
  • Drive customer engagement to the next level by recognizing our top customers, highlighting their success & providing them a stage to showcase their success
  • Build a global customer advocacy program to scale the value our customers can add to sales & marketing (accelerate pipeline, increase renewals, etc)
  • Develop & execute creative programs to surprise & delight our customers
  • Work closely with regional marketing & customer success to execute on customer advocacy initiatives
  • Prior experience working with customers (references), influencers, and/or peer communities in B2B enterprise software & services required.
  • Understanding of how to build relationships with volunteers in reference programs.
  • Specific experience working with peer review sites & communities like G2, IT Central Station, & Gartner Peer Insights is a plus.
  • Excellent project & time management skills.
  • Excellent written & verbal communications skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Able to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced & lean organization.
  • Passion for building a world class program & desire to own & refine key operational processes
  • Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level

Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience
  • Marketo & Salesforce Experience
  • Understanding of account based marketing
  • Track record in cross-functional project management
  • Experience in software industry/IT
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Smart, proactive & autonomous
  • Creative mindset
  • Passion for working with a dynamic & international team
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
