As a Publisher Account Manager at Taboola Beijing, your core mission is to cultivate & expand relationships with premium & SMB publisher clients in China. You will drive the successful implementation of Taboola's content discovery platform, optimizing performance to maximize client revenues & enhance user experiences.

What skills & qualifications do I need?

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. At least 5years+ experience as an Account Manager working with Publishers/App developers in China
  2. Fluency in Mandarin & excellent communication in English
  3. Significant experience of using Excel to generate reports & manipulate data
  4. Significant experience of creating presentation decks with PowerPoint
  5. Outstanding relationship management & customer service skills
  6. Patience & a structured approach to your work, appreciating that the sales cycle can take much longer in the Publisher space compared to others.
  7. Very strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients & monitoring/identifying trends in data & in generated reports
  8. Highly motivated, proactive, dedicated, resourceful & creative to ensure your clients receive world class service
  9. High attention to detail, organized & with strong communication skills
  10. Self-starter with the will & ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage & grow relationships with premium&SMB publisher/App developers clients & strategic partners in China
  • Understand the organisations business needs & develop relationships at all levels
  • Monitor & analyse metrics & proactively take steps to improve performances
  • Be an expert in Taboolas platform & the benefits publishers/App developers gain by using it
  • Fully comprehend the technology, revenue ecosystem & client needs/requirements in order to intelligently identify new opportunities & upsell the platform
  • Work closely with the Publisher Sales teams as well as the remote R&D department in order to become a valuable resource & single point of contact to the client
  • Communicate business intelligence from clients to the product management team in regards to new product development features
  • Strategically support the Publisher Sales team in pre-sale proposal development
