• Participate in team brainstorms to aide in the planning of upcoming events
• Assist with post event analysis including surveys, recaps, & recommendations for improvement 
• Research innovative solutions & activations
• Manage strong relationships with venues, vendors, & internal stakeholders 

Job description

• Support the events team via unique experiences & at internal & external-facing events worldwide 
• Coordinate critical event logistics, including invite management & guest lists, contract negotiation & invoices, catering selection, etc 
• Help organize & keep all event calendars, documents & folders updated 
• Participate in team brainstorms to aide in the planning of upcoming events 
• Assist with post event analysis including surveys, recaps, & recommendations for improvement 
• Research innovative solutions & activations
• Manage strong relationships with venues, vendors, & internal stakeholders

The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, & balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.

The estimated compensation for this role is $20.00 per hour.
