Vimeo seeks a Salesforce Data Steward III, to play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity & quality of our data. This position will be responsible for driving data transformation by administering key data points, merging duplicate records, & collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the quality of Vimeos CRM data. This individual will also support incoming business requests, & contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate, actionable, & non-duplicative account data that accurately reflects corporate hierarchies & and key data points in Salesforce.
• Improve contact data & ensure contact to account association accuracy. .
• Implement data quality best practices to maintain data integrity within Salesforce, including deduplication, data cleansing, & validation rules.
• Support quarterly & ad-hoc updates of key account info via data enrichment.
• Ensure data across the CRM system is accurate, complete, & up-to-date. This involves performing regular data & field audits, identifying & correcting data errors, & monitoring data quality metrics.
• Support CRM requests from end users to support customer segmentation changes & the merging of duplicate records. 
• Follow data cleansing procedures including researching individual companies to update their information in the CRM. 
• Analyze data sources to determine coverage & accuracy.
• Work with internal teams to develop processes for continuous data quality analysis & improvements.
• Understand & manage the impact of data changes on end users, territories & the business. 

Desired Skills/Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Advanced Excel experience (v-lookups, pivot tables). 
• 2-3 years of experience working with data in a detail-oriented field preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving & communication skills.
• Strong analytical & research skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with data cleansing & deduplication tools. 
• Understanding of business processes & corporate structures. 
• Knowledge of data governance best practices.
