Your Role

A new company out of Expas studio, Iconic, is looking for an Operations Coordinator - a Jill or Jack of all trades - someone who is resourceful, self-motivated, & willing to help with a variety of different projects. They will work closely with the co-founders & will touch every part of the business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for hands-on experience in a dynamic startup 

The ideal candidate is eager, a quick learner, & confident who is able to multi-task, communicate & think on their feet in a dynamic startup environment. A day at Iconic could include running payroll, interfacing with customers, following up with team members on tasks, & planning a team dinner. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary day to day, & really only limited by your ability to take them on, but here are a few:

• Email campaigns
• Project Management
• Compliance
• Coordinating with our accounting & HR services
• Scheduling meetings & travel as needed
• Support founder with tasks & projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience
• Ability to work with little direction & oversight
• Strong attention to detail 
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Tech savvy - you can learn new software with ease

This will be a full-time position with a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000, which is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, skills, location, depth & maturity of our project. We're a small team & we want to try & spend as much time iterating during these early days of the idea. Because of this, the expectation for the Operations Coordinator position is that you will come into the West Hollywood office daily (M-F).
